VYLLS merchant terms
Last updated: 2026-09-19
1. Parties and service
These terms are an agreement between [operator legal name] ("VYLLS") and the owner of a shop or restaurant ("Merchant") who applies to join. VYLLS lets the Merchant list products and receive pickup and delivery orders from customers inside the launch localities.
2. Application and documents
The Merchant provides accurate information about the business, branch and location and uploads the required documents (such as a trade licence or commercial registration and the owner's ID). Documents are stored privately and used for review only. Applying is not approval; VYLLS may accept or reject an application under its review criteria.
3. Merchant obligations
The Merchant's products must be legal, safe and match the descriptions, photos and prices shown. The Merchant keeps availability and opening hours up to date, accepts or rejects orders within the acceptance window, prepares orders as agreed, complies with health, safety and consumer protection laws and never sells prohibited items.
4. Prices and cash payment
The Merchant sets its prices. Customers pay cash to the Merchant at pickup or to the courier on delivery. Cash collected by couriers is settled through the platform settlement records.
5. Commission and settlements
VYLLS earns a percentage commission on completed orders under the commission policy published at the time of the order, plus any plan fees the Merchant agrees to. Every movement is recorded in the platform ledger; periodic settlements are approved by the owner and paid manually with a reference. The Merchant can view statements in the app and may dispute a statement within 14 days of its issue.
6. Cancellations and refunds
When an accepted order is cancelled because of the Merchant, or an order proves incomplete or wrong, the customer may be refunded under the cancellation and refund policy and the amount charged to the Merchant where it is responsible.
7. Content and marks
The Merchant grants VYLLS a non-exclusive permission to use its name, logo and product photos inside the platform to display and promote them, and confirms it has the right to that content.
8. Accounts and staff
The Merchant is responsible for its branch staff accounts and everything done through them, and must revoke staff who leave.
9. Suspension and termination
VYLLS may suspend a branch or end the account for breaches of these terms, repeated complaints or repeated rejection of orders. The Merchant may end the agreement by written notice after amounts due are settled.
10. Liability
The Merchant alone is responsible for its products and any harm they cause. To the extent the law allows, VYLLS's liability to the Merchant is limited to the commissions it received from the Merchant in the three months before the claim.
11. Data
VYLLS processes Merchant data and order data under the privacy policy. The Merchant uses customer data (name, phone, address) only to fulfil the order and does not keep or use it for anything else.
12. Changes and law
VYLLS may change these terms with notice in the app. They are governed by the laws in force in Palestine, and the courts of Hebron have jurisdiction. Contact: [email protected]
