1. Who we are

VYLLS is an online platform operated by [operator legal name] that connects customers with local shops and restaurants in Hebron city and the villages north and south of Hebron, and with independent delivery couriers. VYLLS does not sell the products; the seller is the shop you order from.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the VYLLS app or creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old or use the app with your guardian's consent.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your name, email and phone number and for keeping your password secret. We ask you to verify your email and phone before ordering. We may suspend accounts for misuse, fake orders or repeatedly refusing deliveries.

4. Orders and prices

Products and prices are set by the shop. Before you confirm, the app shows a summary with the product prices, delivery fee and any discount. An order becomes binding when the shop accepts it. A shop may reject an order or not accept it in time; it is then cancelled and you owe nothing.

5. Payment

Payment is cash only: at pickup from the shop or on delivery to the courier. We never ask for or store bank card details. Pay only the amount shown in the app.

6. Delivery and pickup

Delivery is available only inside the localities shown in the app. Enter a clear address with a nearby landmark and a correct phone number. The courier completes delivery with the delivery code shown in your app; share it only when you actually receive the order. Preparation and delivery times are estimates.

7. Cancellations and problems

You may cancel before the shop accepts the order. After acceptance, cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation and refund policy. If an order arrives incomplete, wrong or damaged, open a support request in the app within 24 hours.

8. Reviews and content

You may review orders you received. Reviews must be honest and free of abuse and personal data. We may hide content that breaks these rules.

9. Prohibited use

Do not use the app to order prohibited items, impersonate anyone, harass shops or couriers, attack the platform or abuse offers and coupons.

10. Liability

The shop is responsible for the quality, safety and legality of its products and for matching their description. We make reasonable efforts to run the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the value of the order concerned.

11. Notifications and contact

We send necessary emails (such as verification codes) and order status notifications in the app and, if you allow it, on your phone. You can turn phone notifications off in your device settings.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. We publish the new version in the app and may ask you to accept it before your next order.

13. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Palestine, and the courts of Hebron have jurisdiction. Contact: [email protected]
