Items not allowed on VYLLS

The following may not be listed, ordered or delivered through VYLLS:

• Alcoholic drinks, narcotics and psychoactive substances.
• Tobacco and e-cigarettes for anyone under 18, and any tobacco product that breaks the law.
• Weapons, ammunition, fireworks and flammable or explosive materials.
• Prescription medicines and any unlicensed medical products.
• Counterfeit, stolen, smuggled or expired goods.
• Pornographic material or content against public morals.
• Live animals and products made from protected animals.
• Official documents, currency, bank cards and prepaid top-up cards.
• Anything whose sale or transport is prohibited by the laws in force in Palestine.

VYLLS may remove any such item and suspend the account, and a courier may refuse to deliver an order suspected of breaking these rules.
