VYLLS courier terms
Last updated: 2026-09-19
1. Nature of the relationship
A courier is an independent person who uses the VYLLS Rider app to accept delivery tasks. These terms create no employment or agency relationship between the courier and [operator legal name]. The courier is free to start or stop receiving offers.
2. Registration
The courier provides accurate details, a working locality and vehicle, and the application is reviewed by Admin. Couriers must be at least 18 and hold whatever the law requires to drive their vehicle.
3. Offers and delivery
Offers arrive for a limited time; accepting an offer is a commitment to complete it. The courier collects the order from the shop and hands it to the customer after checking the delivery code, treats customers and shops with respect and never opens or tampers with orders.
4. Cash and settlements
The courier collects only the amount shown in the app. The courier keeps the delivery payout due to them and remits the rest of the collected cash under the settlements recorded in the platform and within the deadlines Admin sets. The allowed cash limit must not be exceeded.
5. Safety and law
The courier follows traffic laws and uses safety equipment, and is responsible for their vehicle, its insurance and any fines.
6. Suspension
A courier account may be suspended for unremitted cash, repeated complaints, misuse of delivery codes or breaches of these terms.
7. Data
We use the courier's details, availability and task history to run deliveries and settlements under the privacy policy. Couriers use customer data only to complete the delivery.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Palestine, and the courts of Hebron have jurisdiction. Contact: [email protected]
